You have listed every supplement I take. I rotate them to ease stomach irritation. And like I said, I find food sources to snack on such as blackberries, organic carrots, broccoli etc. I also have mixed nuts handy to ensure protein intake.
(I am overweight because I went from walking 10 miles a day to being in bed for several years but I am not a big eater.) Luckily my weight is down finally but that is still something I manage in combo with the rest of my health maintenance.
