Wow. I cannot believe that this therapy is being used. I went to trauma therapy for three years to learn to regulate my body from PTSD issues. I am absolutely certain that my body does not care about ACT.

I do think after doing EMDR or self regulation therapy that ACT may be helpful. But I still need to know more. Thanks for sharing!
