But...

I have been researching you. And I am ascertaining (terrible word) that in your new leadership role, you are blazing a new path for Medium.

You have decided to stay true to character and run the publication from a coach perspective. And even though I fight with people who give unsolicited advise, I enjoy that you interact with members.
